Cookie Policy
What we store in your browser, why, and how to change your mind.
Effective 4 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-04
Strictly necessary — always on
These are what make the platform work. We do not ask consent for them, because without them you cannot sign in and we cannot keep your session safe.
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in. The platform cannot work without it.
- Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and detect session anomalies.
- Consent cookie — remembers the choice you make on this page, so we stop asking. Kept for twelve months.
- Preference storage — remembers interface choices such as theme. Stored in your browser and never sent to us.
Analytics — off until you turn it on
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the product are used, so we know what to improve. This is optional and it is off by default: until you accept, no analytics script is loaded, no analytics cookie is set, and nothing is sent to Google.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit. We use separate properties for the marketing site and the application, so product usage and marketing traffic are never mixed.
- We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share browsing behaviour with advertising networks.
- Analytics is never joined to the contents of your documents, your signatures, or your evidence records.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences on this page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics storage immediately; you may also clear the cookies your browser already holds.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser as well. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in, because it is what keeps you signed in.
Your rights
Consent to analytics is voluntary, and refusing it changes nothing about your access to the platform. Under POPIA you may object to processing and request access to the personal information we hold; the Privacy Policy explains how.
