Evidence-backed electronic signatures

Registered mail with delivery evidence
Send documents as a tracked, sealed submission: every one is fingerprinted on receipt, then Created, Sealed, Sent, Delivered, Opened and Acknowledged are timestamped as they happen. Recipients get a tracking page; you get a compliance certificate that stands on its own.
Access signals report what the delivery infrastructure observed — not whether a document was read, forwarded or deleted.
Long-term archival signatures
Every signature is sealed at PAdES-LTA — the long-term archival profile. An RFC 3161 timestamp from an independent authority proves not just who signed but when, and the full certificate chain plus revocation evidence is embedded in the PDF with an archive timestamp over it. The result validates on its own, offline, for decades — long after the signing certificate expires.
Evidence packs delivered to your own storage
Every completed document's signed file, certificates and audit artefacts written straight into your S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO or Azure Blob — with a manifest carrying a SHA-256 per member so you can verify your copy without trusting the transport. Your retention obligation is met in your systems, not ours.

Bulk signing at operational scale
Batches that survive the real world: work is leased so two workers never sign the same document twice, a failed item retries with backoff instead of stalling the run, and a batch resumes where it stopped rather than starting over. You are charged for what was delivered, not what was attempted.
